Need to get a report ready for your supervisor before lunchtime? Easy, I’ll show you how to do it in 5 minutes. Then you can work on something more important, like enjoying your morning coffee.

So your supervisor wants a report huh? Well, I am going to show you how. First things first, you have to log into the filter.

To print off the report, you need to make your way over to the reporting tab. The easiest way is going to be by clicking the Web Reporting button. Located on the left-hand side of the menu, under the Reporting section.

Once you have clicked the Web Reporting button it will bring you to the Overview screen. Towards the bottom of the page, you will see a group of different tabs. Those are there so you can search and see what has been passing through the filter.

At the top right-hand corner, you’ll see a time and date. Go ahead and move those dates around. Setting the dates will pull up all the activity within those dates. Giving you an idea of who is doing what, where, and what time they did it.

Here’s a quick trick that could make your life easier, you can scroll with a mouse wheel to set your dates. Hover over the date or time and scroll to sift through the dates. Hold shift and use the mouse wheel you can scroll quickly through the minutes. Give it a try, may come in handy!

Now I promised how to print off this sheet. So now you have the date and how you want to filter the results, the top left-hand side of the window you see export. You can export the list to a pdf, HTML, CSV or TSV.

Viola! You will have a sheet with your result on it. Save, or just print it off from the browser and you are done! Now go get yourself some coffee, check out what is new on Facebook and relax for a little bit.

Remember our support team is always here to help you. Give them a shout if you have questions.
