“Prior to the purchase of our CIPAFilter we were using a Linux box for firewall and filter protection. It was very effective but lacked the granular control that CIPAFilter offered. After purchasing the CIPAFilter and implementing the Web Authentication feature we received some bomb threats relayed through the Internet. Your support team assisted us and the local police department. Within a few days we were escorting the guilty member of our student body to jail.

Had this incident happened prior to our implementation of the CIPAFilter I doubt that the results would have been so easily accomplished. This incident sent a very clear message to our student body that we have, in place, effective tools to monitor network and Internet activity.
